5. METHODS AND TERMS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL INFORMATION

5.1. User’s personal data is processed without any time limitations by any legal means including that in the information systems of personal data with the use of automation tools or without using such means.

5.2. The User agrees that the Website Administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, such as courier services, postal organizations, telecommunications operators solely in order to obtain prizes earned for participating in the contests of the website.

5.3. User's personal data may be transferred to the competent government authorities of Russia only on the grounds and in the manner established by the Russian legislation.

5.4. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data the website Administration informs the User about the loss or disclosure of his personal data.

6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

6.1. A User is obliged to:

6.2. The website Administration is obliged to:

6.2.1. Use this information only for the purposes specified in section 4 of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.2. Keep the confidential information private and not disclose it without the preliminarily written User’s consent, not sell, exchange, publish, or disclose by any other possible means the provided User’s personal data, with the exception of sections 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.3. Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of User’s personal data according to the procedure normally used to protect such kind of information in existing business practices.

6.2.4. Block personal data relating to the respective User from the moment of the appeal or request of the User or his legal representative or the authorized body for protection of the rights of subjects of personal data for the inspection period in case of revealing false personal data or misconduct.

7. LIABILITY OF PARTIES

7.1. The website Administration which failed to fulfill its obligations shall be liable for damages incurred by the User in connection with the misuse of personal data, in accordance with Russian law, except for cases provided in sections 5.2., 5.3. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.

7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of confidential information the website Administration is not responsible if this confidential information:

7.2.1. Became public prior to its loss or disclosure.

7.2.2. Was obtained from a third party prior to being provided to the website Administration.

7.2.3. It was disclosed with the User’s consent.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

8.1. Before applying to the court for disputes arising from the relations between the User and website Administration, it is obligatory to present the claim (written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute).

8.2 .The recipient of the claim notifies the claimant in writing about the outcome of the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving the claim.

8.3. If the agreement is not reached, the dispute shall be referred to the judicial authority in accordance with the current Russian legislation.

8.4. The current Russian legislation applies to this Privacy Policy and the relations between the User and website Administration.

9. ADDITIONAL TERMS

9.1. The website Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without User’s consent.

9.2. New Privacy Policy takes effect from the date of its posting on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
